Remuda Run consists of 65 acres of subirrigated pasture, bass stocked ponds, cottonwoods and olive trees with a beautiful frontrange view. The barn is only 7 miles from Colorado State University's Vetrinary Teaching Hospital and world class vetrinary care. This entire property is subject to animal-friendly, pest control to help prevent the spread of vector-borne diseases such as West Nile (a service rarely offered by equine facilities.) The barn has large, bright, 12 x 12 stalls with large runs dedicated to equine rehab patients or short term boarders. As well as a 12 x 24 stall and run for foaling mares or multiple boarders. These stalls are heated in the winter and stay very cool in the summer, and can keep up to 10 horses very comfortably. A safe and comfortable slant-load, Sundowner trailer is used for pick-up and drop-off services as well as for all event or lesson trailering.

Remuda Run is located north of Windsor, Colorado, only 4.5 miles from I-25, and only 8 miles from downtown Fort Collins.

From I-25: You can take either I-25 Exit #268 "Prospect" or Exit #265 "Harmony." Remuda Run is EAST of I-25 between Prospect and Harmony.

From the Prospect Exit, travel East 3 miles, continuing straight through a stop sign and around Deadman Lake. Turn right on CR 13, which is right before you would pass over a canal, and drive South for 1 mile. Turn left (East) on CR 78 where the Remuda Run driveway will be the first road on your left. Go straight all the way up the driveway, don't turn off into the neighbors.

From the Harmony Exit, travel East 2.5 miles, past the Walmart, and the Harmony Golf Course, turn left on CR-13 and drive North for 2 miles, traveling straight through a stop sign where the road becomes gravel, and past a dairy. Turn right (East) on CR-78 and the Remuda Run driveway will be the first road on your left. Go straight all the way up the driveway, don't turn off into the neighbors."
